Dear Agent, With the a new school year upon us we would like to keep you updated with the great variety of programs and Interlangues’ English Department has to offer you and your clients. CMI Interlangues is one of the oldest and most highly respected language training schools in the National Capital Region and indeed in Ontario. The company was founded 30 years ago by its current Director, Christiane Millet, as a centre of excellence teaching English, French and 72 other languages. Clients include almost all Federal Departments, Provincial, Municipal and private sector groups and individual students. Training can be immersion, cyclical, full-time or part-time. Currently, major language training clients are Official Languages Interdepartmental Training, Language Training Canada, City of Ottawa, Tourism Canada, IDRC, CIDA, DND and NATO. CMI Interlangues also offers pre-departure cultural training to Canadian and United Nations Peacekeepers prior to embarkation on peace support missions internationally. CMI Interlangues offers superior, cost-effective language training in a positive environment that respects the needs of all its learners. All our teachers are native speaking graduates with linguistic or pedagogical training able to stimulate students to use language without fear. The Basics Our days run from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm with an hour break for lunch at noon. There is a multi-media computer lab for students who wish to use the internet or CD-ROMs to assist in their language learning. We have a student lounge where the students can have lunch and relax with their classmates and other students of the school. The students have access to a games room and a small library.
